Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)


Having made vital contributions to the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), Mr. Saveesh K.V. has held several key positions at ICSI. He is currently the Vice Chairman of ICSI, and has been elected as the Chairman in the year 2026. His Vision and strong Leadership has been instrumental in the advancement of the profession, especially referring to his exponential work with the Calicut Chapter of the ICSI. His contributions to a body operating within the ambit of the ,Ministry of Corporate affairs has significantly progressed the performance, development and visibility of the Company Secretary profession in the territory.






Books

Mr. Saveesh K.V. has also written; and practically articulates financial and compliance to aid clarity through practice. He co-authored the book 'Income Tax Ready Referencer' along with his spouse CA Anjusha Saveesh. The books serves as a practice guide for professionals and taxpayers and provides readers with clarity on accessing aspects of India’s income tax system with through similar mediums.


Articles

Mr. Saveesh K.V. also contributes periodically to reputed magazines and platforms such as CAclubindia, Dhanam and others. His articles on taxation, corporate governance, financial planning etc. is of interest. They all try to assist through practice and theoretical clearity to practitioners professionals, and entrepreneurs.
